我的“此生必驾318”

今天下山的时候着凉了,整个人都不舒服。到住宿后,喝完史璐怡给我泡的999感冒灵,我准备一觉睡到大天亮。没想到 22:44 时,我自然醒了过来。人也感到舒服多了,这时我同事也正好打电话过来问工作上的事情。聊完电话后,我刷了会儿抖音,看看有没有人给我点赞。突然想起明天是周一,我还有图纸需要研究和翻译,并发出去给技术人员评估。于是我偷偷拿上 Mac 找了个理由出去下,来到住宿前台写这篇博客并处理工作。

没生意,很焦虑

今年生意很差。询价少,订单也少。这段时候欧美放假,业务活动更少。要不是因为去年上半年的利润比较可观,今年估计更难过。 总体来说,我是乐观的,因为我知道自己在耐心地做着长期正确的事情。并且我在短期内看到了效果,这至少证明了我的方法是对的。然而,经历一段时间的忙碌后,如果仍未出现新的业务机会,我难免会感到焦虑。这种时候,就没动力去做自己明知道要做的事情,心情也会变得烦躁。 过去几天我的状态就是这样。自己明知道有一些必须做的事情是可以去做的,但是短期的焦虑让我暂时”懒“得去做。大脑也不灵活,缺乏思考。 唯有通过阅读、健身才能摆脱这种短期的焦虑。每当这种时候,便会想起 Conor McGregor 说过的那句话:”身心健康是相辅相成的,只有身体保持良好状态,心理才能得以塑造。“ You have to be physically in shape in order to be mentally in shape.
